QuickImage

QuickImage is one the best OS X gadgets so far. I usually take snapshots under Panther, saved as PDF. Good old Command-Shift-3 is obviously very fast, but I like to send my snapshots faster, I mean via email, because PDF files are usually big. I used to run photoshop, open PDF and save as Jpeg, definitely the Windows-way.
Now I am saving prayers for creators of QuickImage. just Ctrl-Click (Right-Click) on any image and there you go. Pretty fast, you're gonna need this little Contextual menu plugin, for editing or viewing images. Grab it
here.

You can achieve the same results using folder actions, attach an action on a folder that converts everything to JPEG for instance. But anyway this is a cool utility.
Yeah,... I knew about that solution!,.. but, you know, I hate scripting!! ;o)
No scripting required, this is built into the system :-)
